Boxing for everyone
Our BoxCon workout simply put is a mix between boxing, strength and conditioning lasting between 45 and 60 minutes.
Its a high intensity workout that is capable of burning over 1000 calories.
One half is focused on boxing combinations where you work up a sweat using the punch bags/pads and the other half you’ll be pushing yourself to your limits with a range of functional training exercises.
The workouts are designed to change each day to focus on a different body part throughout the week.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a pro or a complete beginner you can work at your own pace in your own space in our state of the art boxing studio.
We also have our adult beginner boxing class. Here you will learn the fundamentals of boxing. You will be shown basic footwork, attacks, defences and punch combinations. All in a safe and friendly enviroment.
